Welcome to the FSPCA
As part of the FSPCA’s strategic plan over the past two years, the Board of Directors has reviewed the internal management structure to determine the best model for the organization moving forward. Taking into consideration three areas of primary concentration – public education and training, animal care and adoption, and financial stewardship – the board felt that a management-team approach would build resiliency and wellness within the staff and provide more focus to our mandate.
In June 2012, three new positions were created – Director of Education and Training, Director of Operations, and Director of Marketing and Development. We are already experiencing the positive results this brain-trust is bringing to the day-to-day operations by generating exciting new approaches and ideas. Please drop by to meet them and share your ideas; that is how we will make a difference together!
