FSPCA_bark_in_the_park2CROPWhat better way to have fun with your dog and support our four-legged friends in need than to pick up a pledge sheet and dust off your walking shoes for the 2012 Bark in the Park festivities slated for Saturday, June 9 at Odell Park from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.!

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year. You can help us save animals! Why not start now? Together we can make a difference in so many animal's lives!

HOW TO RAISE $200 IN 4 DAYS:

DAY 1: Get the ball rolling and sponsor yourself with the first $25

DAY 2: Ask three of your family members to sponsor you for $25 each 

DAY 3: Ask five friends to sponsor you for $10 each 

DAY 4: Ask ten of your colleagues to contribute $5 each

Back by popular demand is the kids' carnival with lots of fun games and prizes not to mention the ever-delicious bbq for the whole family. Visit the many exhibitor booths and take in the entertaining doggie demos, kids scavenger hunt, fun dog show, and more! Raffles, prizes and lots more excitement is in store as well as the opportunity to socialize with fellow dog lovers and take a walk on the trails of beautiful Odell Park. 

The first 50 participants who turn in their pledge sheets with $50 or more in pledges on June 9th will receive a free event t-shirt. And there are great prizes being offered for various donation levels achieved. Pledge sheets are available at the FSPCA, local veterinary offices and businesses around the city.

It is a day you won't want to miss even if you don't have a four-legged family member of your own. Everyone is welcome to participate. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and we appreciate your support!
